Where should I park? Parking is available at the rear of the venue. 

Are children allowed? Minors are very welcome up until 9PM, but must be with a parent or legal guardian at all times. 

Can I bring my dog? Yes! The Crown Hotel Garden Bar dog friendly venue.  

Is there wheelchair access? Yes, there is wheelchair access!  For entry to The Pavillion and Restaurant, please enter via our Lutwyche Rd restaurant entrance. If you require further assistance, please ask our friendly staff. 

Do you show sports? Major sports are shown across the venue so please call our team or check our sports page, to see if your favourite sport is being played. 

Can I bring a cake and decorations? You are very welcome to bring a cake and no cakeage fee is charged. Decorations are also fine but must not be messy or interfere with other patrons. 

Do you cater for dietaries? Our menu has a range of options that can accommodate for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are placing a booking, for or any specific dietaries not listed please reach out to our team to confirm options. 

Can I request a specific location in the venue? Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area. 

COVID-19: In the event of government enforced lockdowns that impacts your booking, our friendly team will reach out to you about your booking. All pre-paid bookings will be refunded in full, and any credit card captures will not be charged.
